Coal-based activated carbon is made of high quality anthracite coal and tar as raw material, adopt advanced processing technology. Appearance is black unshaped granular. Have developed porosity, large specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, high mechanical strength, easy to repeated regeneration, low cost, etc. It is widely used in toxic gas purification, waste gas treatment, industrial and domestic water purification treatment, solvent recovery, etc.

Mainly  application of classification:

Suitable for glucose sucrose, maltose, sugar decolorization and purification, and citric acid, cystine, oil, 

chemical products in pigment purification and refining. 

Coal-based activated carbon can be made according to user requirements in different adsorption 

capacity of different bleaching, the level of activated carbon with different fineness. Powdered activated 

carbon at high speed, with flocculation effect and filtering effect. Construction of the units used less 

investment, lower operating costs, and thus in the water plant, sewage treatment plant favorites. In food, 

medicine, decolorization, crystallization, filtration, purification and other fields has been widely used 

material. Is the main carbon foam material.

Other special specifications can be according to customer requirements for processing production.

Production process:

25/50 kg plastic woven bags or paper bags.

One ton bag with one pallets, Can also according to customer requirements.

Matters need  attention:

1. The activated carbon, in the process of transportation, should prevent mixing with hard material. 

do not step on it, in case of carbon particle breakage, affect the quality.

2. Storage. It is groove adsorbent, so in the process of transportation storage and use, it should 

absolutely prevent water immersion, because once flooding, a lot of water is full of activity space, 

the activated  carbon will lose its effect.

3. Prevent tar material. In use process, should be prohibited from tar class material to the activated 

carbon bed, lest jam activated carbon, lose its adsorption. 

It is better for decoking equipment to purify the gas.

4. Fire. Activated carbon during storage or transportation, avoid direct contact with fire, in case of fire, 

into the oxygen and regeneration completely avoid when activated carbon regeneration, regeneration 

after have to use steam cooling down to under 80 ℃, otherwise the temperature is high, meet oxygen, 

activated carbon combustion.

3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
